You may return any unused, unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return:

2. We'll send you return instructions
3. Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Please note: for hygiene reasons, earplugs and sleep masks can only be returned if unopened and unused.
