Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping times
– Switzerland: 5–7 business days
– Germany & Austria: 7–10 business days
– Rest of Europe: 10–14 business days
– Worldwide: 14–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free shipping
We offer free shipping on orders above CHF 50.

Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package at any time.

Customs & duties
For international orders outside of Switzerland, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
