Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, we bring comfort to your door.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by destination:
– Switzerland: 5–7 business days
– Germany & Austria: 7–10 business days
– Rest of Europe: 10–14 business days
– International: 14–21 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Can I return a product?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at hello@shopairstudio.com to initiate a return.

What if my product arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shopairstudio.com with a photo of the damaged item and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Are your products safe to use?
Yes. All our products are carefully selected and tested for quality and safety. Our Thai Inhaler contains only natural aromatic herbs.
